About RTLH
Return to Life & Health is an organization proud to uphold the standard of education for programs based on the PMA code of ethics and scope of practice. By cooperating with many Pilates studios and peers, the aim is to collaborate and cowork together to develop Pilates research and further the reach of the Pilates industry.
Staffed by only professional instructors, our organization is proud to present our own specialty and post-rehab program. Our goal is to grow together and create a united professional Pilates community in Korea.

I continuously publish journal of SCI, SCOPUS and book as well as PMA Research forum.
